Norman has had over 40 years in construction and development. The most recent period (10 years) has been in the Middle East, with particular emphasis on the United Arab Emirates. He has successfully completed assignments during this time in the United Kingdom, in Europe, in the Middle East, and in Africa.

Norman is a professionally qualified building services engineer who has held senior executive and Principal Adviser positions internationally in central government and the private sector  He has also successfully established new start companies in the Middle East for internationally known companies, as well as for locally owned companies. He has built a sound reputation over many years as a trustworthy and highly competent client representative and adviser.
